We are delighted to present Bébé Angélique - a Carmel Doll Shop Boutique exclusive! This classic FG bébé was created by esteemed Australian doll artist Karen Clohessy, utilizing an antique bébé example from The Grovian Doll Museum collection.
This petite angel captures everything we love about bébés; a beautifully molded face in creamy bisque, full, delicately blushed cheeks, rose tinted lips with a subtly molded tongue tip visible, and a slight double chin with a tiny dimple. Her big, expressive spiral threaded paperweight eyes feature even eyecuts, full lashes and delicately painted, arched brows. She wears turquoise beaded earrings in her pierced ears. Her sweet face is framed by the halo of her platinum blonde skin wig which is accented with a pink silk bow.
She is on a fully jointed composition body from the Bell Collection, complete with a pink antique style Gesland label on her lower chest.
A delight for the avid doll sewist, we are pleased to offer a pattern kit created specifically for Angélique by Sheryl Williams, as well as a pair of French style leather shoes made by our in-house artisans - both are available here in the Boutique!
