"Visions of Scotland" Dress Kit by Sheryl Williams

$175.00

Award-winning and popular sewing instructor for The Grovian Doll Museum, Sheryl Williams, of Elmira, New York, has created a limited number of “Visions of Scotland” dress kits. The one-piece dress with separate overskirt is constructed using a fine Swiss flannel. The costume is trimmed with rows of applied bias-cut tartan plaid. In addition, a chemisette of fine batiste fills the neckline and is tied at the sides under the dress.
”Visions of Scotland” fits the jointed resin body commonly used on artist Huret models, as well as the Carl Armstrong Rohmer “Mathilde” who is found on a leather body. The only adjustments required for the Rohmer are shortening the skirt by 3/4" and the sleeve length by 1/4".
Doll, accessories and shoes not included.
