We are pleased to offer an expertly pre-sewn sample of “L’Après-Midi,” a period accurate 1840’s costume created by Jeffrey Cook of Maison Jeffrey for “Adelina,” Carl Armstrong’s exclusive KPM reproduction china lady doll. Created from striped, polished cotton in shades of pale lilac, dark purple and violet, this two-piece costume features a fitted bodice, long fitted sleeves and contrasting shoulder and hem embellishments in crisp, black taffeta. The final component is in the form of a bonnet composed of delicate black lace and black silk ribbon.
