Domestic Orders:
Items are shipped via US Postal Service, either First Class, Ground or Priority Mail levels of delivery, depending on the size and weight of the parcel to be mailed.
International Orders:
Payment in U.S. funds only. Items are shipped via US Postal Service, either First Class or Priority Mail levels of delivery, depending on the size and weight of the parcel to be mailed.
The shipping charges calculated by the site’s calculator are an estimate. We will make every effort to refund excess mailing expense, taking into consideration a small handling fee as well.
RETURNS INFORMATION:
We do our utmost to describe fabric conditions, weights and colors as accurately as possible. The photos in our fabric listings can be displayed life-size by clicking on the photos. Please note that colors may vary depending on the setup of your computer, the limitations of digital tonal reproduction, or variations in the fabric itself, especially in vintage and antique fabrics.
There are no returns on cut fabric, patterns, kits, books and DVDs. Please make your selections carefully.
If kits are missing any expected or listed items we will do our very best to make them complete, but as some kits are made by outside designers and suppliers, you may have to contact them directly for replacements.
All Dolls, Ready to Wear and Accessory items have a 3-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue a refund, exchange or credit for those items returned to us.
The returned merchandise MUST be in the same condition as received and in a resalable condition unless a defect is noted. Your account will be credited upon return of the items. Please allow 1 week for processing from the date that we receive the return.
To ensure proper credit please enclose a copy of your invoice with any items that you might return to us.
Items that you return for exchange (that are not due to our error) are subject to normal shipping and handling charges. Items returned because you changed your mind are subject to a 10% restocking fee. There is no refund on shipping charges unless the error was with us.
All prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise subject to availability. Please take note that just because you have an item in your cart - the item is not reserved for you - this is a necessary security feature of the website. You must complete the order checkout and payment, or another shopper could buy it first.
