We are pleased to offer a sewing kit for a Colonial-era polonaise gown designed by Jackie Chimpky for our petite Georgian wooden doll, Mademoiselle Royale designed by Karen Clohessy.

The four-piece silk ensemble is rendered in a palette of pistachio green and candy pink and includes a fitted bodice with elbow length sleeves trimmed in lace, a gathered polonaise attachment with an edge of ruffled pink silk, a full petticoat quilted with fine metallic thread and and a stomacher covered in metallic embroidered gauze. A flat, bergère style hat trimmed in pink silk ribbon is worn and stockings and wrapped ribbon shoes completes the classic look.

For your sewing pleasure, we offer a complete kit which includes everything needed to create the ensemble shown: a paper pattern, full instructions and expertly curated textiles and notions.
