We are pleased to offer a must have accessory kit created for our artist made Georgian Wooden dolls, Belinda Noble and Dido Washington. Esteemed doll expert Denise Woodward has plucked a page from historic fashion with a rarely seen and little known item known as a Vizard. Originally designed to protect a lady’s face from sun, dust and pollution, they were later worn as a mask that was not only stylish, but allowed women a degree of anonymity and an air of mystery as they conducted their public and private lives. The mask is rendered in fine black silk taffeta and lined in buttery soft kid leather.

This complete kit includes interesting historic fashion information, a pattern, complete instructions and all materials needed to create the accessory shown.
