This whimsical piece, in the form of a general, features a classic googly face in bisque with nice molding and painting and comically crossed eyes. His head is topped with a bicorn hat and accented with a vivid red feather. His bisque head, which doubles as a stopper, is mounted on a hollow, carton style body covered in navy blue felt with gold buttons down the front, gold trimmed epaulets at the shoulders and wired arms with mitt style hands held behind his back.
