We are pleased to offer the first installment of a complete line of costume kits for our stunning 1890’s lady doll, “Lily Bramble.”

Micael Canadas and doll couturier, Jeffrey Cook have created this ephemeral look for Lily based on the work of Charles Frederick Worth (1825–1895). The two-piece ensemble is rendered in silk taffeta in a gorgeous dusky violet hue with a sheer, embroidered floral overlay and striking black butterfly embellishments throughout. Details include a fitted bodice, a shoulder skimming neckline, dropped, puffed sleeves and a full skirt with a train trimmed in soft black chenille. A black velvet choker and a butterfly hair ornament complete the presentation.  

For your sewing pleasure, Jeffrey Cook has assembled a complete kit which includes everything needed to create the garment shown: a paper pattern, full instructions with interesting historic insights and expertly curated textiles and notions.
