Just in time for Carnival season, we are delighted to offer an expertly sewn sample of our exuberant Mademoiselle Polichinelle Costume. Designed by master doll costumer Michael Canadas and doll couturier Jeffry Cook, the costume is based on an antique example found in The Grovian Doll Museum’s Collection. The costume is designed to fit our Bebe Bru artist doll "Angelique" created by doll artisan Karen Clohessey.

The two-piece silk ensemble is rendered in vivid candy pink contrasted with a soft pistachio green and includes a fitted bodice embellished with ruffles, a full skirt and an oversized carnival hat festooned with ribbons and ruffles. 

Included in the kit is a paper pattern with complete instructions, plus all of the materials needed to create the fanciful costume. A pair of vivid coral hued stockings and dove gray slippers with a patent finish and silk ankle ties are included.
