Do you have a cabinet sized lady doll in need of a new coat and cap to ward off a chill in style? May we suggest this December 1886 Butterick pattern created for a 12” lady doll. The pattern allows you to create a long, tailored button front coat featuring an incorporated shawl at the shoulders. A pattern for a stylish cap is also included.
The pattern is enclosed in the Winter 2002 Doll Costumer’s Guild Journal and includes not only the pattern instructions (including instructions on sizing the pattern up for a larger doll), but a wealth of information on historic costuming and textiles.Envelope and magazine may present light foxing and loose pages.
