“Rose et Noir,” was created for our newest doll, an exquisite china head, named “Catherine” and created by Carl Armstrong. The classic 1860’s gown was created by esteemed doll artist, Jackie Chimpky and is rendered in ballet pink silk taffeta and trimmed in fine black lace. Details include a ruched, off the shoulder neckline, a beautifully seamed and tailored bodice, elbow length sleeves and a full skirt with a row of tucks at the hem plus black lace and beaded embellishments. This complete kit includes a paper pattern with complete instructions and all materials needed to create the garment shown.
